3. Enrollment & Fees

Discounts, if offered, are valid only within specified periods or to eligible categories.
4. Attendance & Punctuality

Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for certification.

Repeated absenteeism without prior notice may lead to termination from the course without a refund.
5. Certification Policy

Certificates will be awarded only upon successful course completion, project submission, and performance assessment.

CADIN reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of fee defaults or misconduct.
6. Intellectual Property

Course content, including videos, materials, and software tools, are the intellectual property of CADIN.

Students are not allowed to reproduce, share, or use course materials for commercial purposes without permission.
22. Cancellation & Refund Policy

CADIN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses based on enrollment numbers or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of course cancellation by CADIN, a full refund or course reschedule option will be provided.

Student-requested cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be handled as per the fee structure agreement.
8. Software Usage Policy

Licensed software used during training is for educational purposes only.

Unauthorized copying or misuse of software will lead to disciplinary action.
9. Feedback & Grievances

Students are encouraged to provide feedback to improve our services.

Complaints or concerns can be submitted through our official channels and will be addressed within 7 working days.
10. Amendments
CADIN reserves the right to update or change policies as needed. Students and staff will be informed of any significant changes.
